Olympic Lifting or Weight Lifting
Tuesday 6pm / Sunday 1pm
Two days a week we offer specific Olympic Lifting class. Each day/night will work on either Snatch or Clean & Jerk, along with accessory movements to strengthen, and perfect your technique.
Focus on the main three lifts for these days (Squat, Deadlift, Press). Whatever lifting cycle we are focusing on in our Crossfit classes, we will target the other lifts we miss out on consistently. Classes will be filled with an hour-ish of just lifting and accessory work.
