Looking to increase your athletic abilities?
While CrossFit is what my gym primarily does, I originally found my passion for fitness in Strength & Conditioning. Growing up playing sports (and not being all that good at it) I learned real quick in high school and college that I needed to work hard in the weight room at set myself up for success on the field.
I have four years experience focusing on the strength and conditioning side of fitness.
Three years (first two as a graduate assistant, and last one as a volunteer) at the collegiate setting working with football, baseball, basketball (M/F), softball, volleyball, track and field, and golf.
One season as a strength coach in the MiLB in the Houston Astros organization.
We will offer specific sessions in the summer devoted solely to off season strength and conditioning.
